The CUBIC project partners convened for their 4th project meeting on February 5-6, 2025, hosted by the University of Limerick, Ireland. Over two productive days, the consortium reviewed progress, and set the course for the next project phases.
The first day focused on hands-on learning, with lab visits showcasing the university’s advanced research facilities. Partners attended two demonstration workshops on wet spinning of lignin precursor fibers and vacuum infusion of composites, providing key insights into the production of CUBIC’s novel biomaterials.
The second day featured a series of strategic discussions, where partners presented updates across all Work Packages and collaborated on refining future actions.
